Our a double room was fashionable. The location was marvellous, the staff was very good. A tram station was a short walk to place.

Overall had real good stay for a 3 day visit in Bordeaux. The staff were both experienced and efficient. Loved our family room with breakfast. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from Capucins. This hotel was in a pretty quiet area just off a concrete jungle, central train station, and the railway and the car rental.

Everything is very good, the room is family-friendly and well-appointed with comfortable bed, a good sized bathroom, great shower.

All in all everything was very good, had a very very good stay for a 3 day visit in Bordeaux. The staff were attentive and well experienced in case of questions. The location was magnificent and unbeatable to the main town area which if you do take the scenic route by the water, you may take train on Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station within 10 minutes walk from here.

Everything was brand-new, had an excellent stay for a 3 day visit in Bordeaux. The amazing breakfast had a good choice of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding. My double room was new-fashioned and spotless. Staff were really kind, and facilities were modern here. The location was marvellous and lovely - not far from centre. Saint Jean district was worth exploring.

It was great place for travelling to Bordeaux, I was glad to stay there. I thoroughly enjoyed nice food. Great and lovely location to take you to city center was a plus.

The setting was not good.

Stylish hotel located in a pretty nice area just off extensive roadworks and the main tourist areas. Relaxing & brand-new room, with air conditioning, an individual safe, and a minibar. A great selection of options, gorgeous food. Nice stay, as always.

I enjoyed staying in this comfortable and stylish hotel based in a funky building. Extremely spacious units with plenty space, perfect beds, as example, and the staff were welcoming! Got an amazing breakfast included. The food was nice and the location was magnificent. A tram station was a short walk to the property. The stay was fairly nice.

Facilities were new, though internet connection was weak.

Plenty of food for breakfast, it was excellent. We stayed in big size room with comfortable bed that also had wake-up service. The location was incredible near the railway station.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and tram stop, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff are friendly and helpful, with many of them speaking English. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, even better than the pictures. The bar is cozy and offers snacks, and the maids do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.

Clean hotel with great location in Bordeaux just next door to train station and tram station, and the historical centre.

Horrible staff!

We spent 1 night in family room with breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed that we had a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV;))
